[AF] Phosphoria

Now this was definitely an interesting but fun challenge! Revenge attack for hydranoid09 of their anthro Lampent character!

I love Lampent in general, but have never actually tried to draw one before, let alone an anthro variant; I have to say, mad props to anyone who draws non-organic anthros, they're trickier than they look! It was really good practice for shapes and materials I don't usually draw. I wound up having a lot of fun with coloring here, and think all the fire and lighting effects turned out pretty nicely; I'm especially really proud of that lampent face!
